I ordered an item that says it can be ordered, what does that mean?
What that means is that we do not stock that item in our warehouse. On some items, we can have the manufacturer drop ship the items to you and the others will be brought into our warehouse and then shipped out to you. Most items that are not stocked in our warehouse take approximately 7 to 14 business days to be delivered, either to you or our warehouse. Sometimes special ordered items that we do not stock may take longer due to being backordered or other circumstances. On times this occurs, we will contact you to let you know with an estimated date to recieve the items. For items being shipped from our warehouse to your location, refer to our UPS chart for approximate shipping times.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
We only ship within the 48 states of the continental United States. You can view our shipping policies by visiting this link.

Is my email needed to checkout?
We recommend that you enter your email at checkout. It will not be used for any other purposes other than sending you the UPS tracking information and placing special orders for out of stock items. If you do not enter your email, there is no way for the tracking information to be sent to you or for us to place orders for out of stock items.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Certain products we carry will be marked in the product description that have Free Shipping. Select refrigeration products and ice machines have Free Shipping.

Do you offer in store pick up for local restaurants/bars and residents?

Do you offer financing?

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends.
